c) Non-residents of Qatar who are non-immune/unvaccinated OR who does not fall in the above 2 categories must register via the pre-travel registration system for people entering the State of Qatar on www. website and upload all relevant official documents, where applicable, such as vaccination certificates, evidence of previous COVID-19 infection, serology antibody test results (for conditional vaccines), and PCR lab result at least 3 days before arrival.

Travelers who are required to have a PCR lab result before traveling to Qatar must have it at a medical center authorized by the health authorities in the country of departure. A negative test result is required and must be obtained no more than 48 hours before the time of departure from the country of origin. Travelers must comply with Qatar's COVID-19 procedures at all time to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Travelers are responsible for keeping up to date with changes to the Travel and Return Policy through official sources before planning to travel to Qatar.
