c) Non-residents of Qatar who are non-immune/unvaccinated OR who does not fall in the above 2 categories must register via the pre-travel registration system for people entering the State of Qatar on www. website and upload all relevant official documents, where applicable, such as vaccination certificates, evidence of previous COVID-19 infection, serology antibody test results (for conditional vaccines), and PCR lab result at least 3 days before arrival.

Travelers of the above two categories are reminded that it is mandatory to download and activate Qatar’s Ehteraz mobile health app as soon as they arrive.
Documentary requirements for non-residents of Qatar - I n addition, fully vaccinated (i.e., those who received a third COVID-19 shot or who had a second dose within the last 9 months) and recovered (within the last 12 months) : a) For GCC nationals and GCC residents who meets the immunity criteria, the following COVID health app used in any of the GCC countries shall be honored and accepted in Qatar, they may also download the Ehteraz mobile application (App) using an international SIM card, in lieu of online pre-travel registration on condition that it reflects Immune status: Bahrainī) COVPass health app for EU/UK nationals and EU/UK residents shall be honored and accepted in Qatar in lieu of online registration on condition that they meet the immunity criteria and reflected in: European Union countries. GCC Citizens (non-resident) and Visitors: if parent/s are exempted from quarantine, testing for children will be at the port of entry (airport, land, sea) upon arrival in Qatar if parent/s are subject to hotel quarantine, testing will be at the quarantine hotel. Citizens and Residents: at any public/private clinic within 24 hours of arrival in Qatar and parent/s must sign an Undertaking form. 
Travelers who are required to have a PCR lab result before traveling to Qatar must have it at a medical center authorized by the health authorities in the country of departure. A negative test result is required and must be obtained no more than 48 hours before the time of departure from the country of origin. Travelers must comply with Qatar's COVID-19 procedures at all time to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Travelers are responsible for keeping up to date with changes to the Travel and Return Policy through official sources before planning to travel to Qatar.
